As Managing Director, Edita focuses on all the aspects in accountancy and the engagements that need a second pair of eyes — reviewing larger clients and keeping the practice running to a high standard. She is the named contact for our largest clients and personally oversees onboarding for new limited companies.

A good part of her time goes to contract negotiation and the commercial side of the practice, and she sits on local business networks, mentoring first-time founders working through incorporation and early-stage tax planning.

Sandra Paukste

Sandra specialises in payroll and customer services — she is the one on the end of the phone. If you call L&E, you'll usually reach her, and she'll make sure your wages, tax declarations and queries are handled. She also keeps our RTI submissions on schedule and is the first point of contact for CIS subcontractor queries.

She also spends a lot of her time helping individuals and sole traders, including those dealing with benefits, Universal Credit, PIP and child benefit. Clients describe her style as patient, methodical and refreshingly direct. Her approachable manner means even the most complex tax letters from HMRC get unpacked and explained in plain English.
